Each wedding or civil ceremony is given our finest attention, each is planned down to the smallest detail and on your special day management will be on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
A range of inspired menus and extensive wine lists are available with immaculately prepared cuisine, sourced from the best local producers.

Choose from 3 Bridal Suites
The hotel has 3 Bridal suites – The William and Mary – a traditional "four Poster" bedded room – The Barnard Suite – Contemporary designed with some very rich colours. The Whelan Suite – our Louis 15 – with double aspect windows makes it a very light and bright room.

The Grahame Thomas Pavilion
Grahame Thomas Pavilion - Is a purpose built function room which can seat up to 350 people for a banquet or wedding. The Pavilion is fully air conditioned and has wi fi connection and benefits from a large outside seating area.

Evening Max 400
The Jaguar Bar
The Jaguar Bar is situated in the basement of the Pavilion. It is a very contemporary bar with mirrored ceiling it can be hired exclusively or as an addition to the Pavilion holding up to 100 guests for a buffet.
Gold Room
With its exquisite chandeliers, period fireplace and large window areas this room is very light and bright, making it the perfect setting for a wedding.

Whitmore Suite
Whitmore Suite - Situated in the main building the Whitmore Suite has been decorated giving it a warm rich feeling – the ideal venue for a wedding, party or conference. The Whitmore has its own sound system, LCD projector and screen plus wifi connection

Attendance Fee's
Fee payable to a superintendent Registrar before whom a civil marriage is to be solemnised in approved premises (for his/her attendance and that of a Registrar of Marriages)
Registrar attendance, priced as follows:
Monday to Friday: £283.50
Saturday: £323.50
Sunday/Bank Holiday or Public Holiday: £363.50

Certificates
For a certified copy of the entry in the marriage register issued at the time of registration £3.50
Please note all wedding ceremonies should be booked direct with Grays Registry Office.
Acceptable Ceremony Times (must be agreed with the Registrars) are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 10.00am to 12.00pm 2.30pm to 4.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am to 12.00pm 1.30pm to 4.00pm
Sunday: Anytime until 4.00pm
