I was invited by a friend to the Tina Turner tribute held on your premises. We had such an excellent time that I felt I had to put pen to paper to say how impressed I was by the whole evening.
From the moment we arrived we were treated by your staff with kindness and courtesy in a professional manner. The choice of meals and the quality was very very good, with the generous portions and the show itself was brilliant entertainment and good fun, She Tina Turner included all the guests in her show, ensuring everybody had a good time.All in all a really successful evening.

Dear Orsett Hall,

I’m 71 and I still enjoy my nights out also how “cool” that I know how to mail I’m very proud of that.

Firstly in reference to my visiting your marquee on Friday 26th October:

Your staff are really lovely; the food was hot and tasty and although I only have the odd tipple the rest of our table was very happy with the bar.

The marquee was warm and the atmosphere there was really good.

I’m so very pleased for you that you are up and running after that disastrous fire, the new Orsett hall sounds fantastic and I will visit on your dance tribute nights.

I’m a real lover of Abba so I was very excited about my visit, the two girls who portrayed them are truly excellent, fantastic voices, and as an old retired vocalist I noticed that your two girls actually swapped harmonies during the songs. The real Abba used to do that, it is extremely difficult to do!
We were so very very impressed with the show, well done and thank you.

Please pass on my most sincere gratitude to your Abba and all your staff.

Hi Keith

As promised - a message to say a massive "THANK YOU ALL" for such a great
evening.
Personal thanks go to everyone but in particular:

HENRY - excellent service, very polite, great sense of humour, well
presented - great.

SCOTT, MATT, ROB - excellent table service, polite, well presented, very
pleasant dispositions.

ALISON AND MICHELLE - excellent, placed us very quickly and efficiently at
our tables, polite, very well presented, very pleasant dispositions.

FOOD WAITING STAFF (didn't get their names) - excellent, polite and well
presented.

CHEF AND KITCHEN STAFF - what can i say - food was excellent - way above the

normal standard that one would expect at an occasion such as this. All
courses were well presented, portions were large and everything was fresh
and hot.

KEITH - your service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, pollite,

very well presented and in my opinion a credit to the Orsett Hall Hotel.

ENTERTAINMENT - again excellent - danced until my feet and legs gave out!

ALL IN ALL A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL.

The "Waitrose Lot" have put their seal of approval to "my personal"
observations so it comes from ALL OF US. (PLEASE PASS MY COMMENTS ONTO YOUR

STAFF)
