Function Thank You Letters

Where do I start to say a big ‘thank you’ for last Sunday November 3rd in the Gold Room, celebrating my 60th birthday.

The whole day from start to finish was absolutely superb, fantastic, fabulous, in fact a day I will never forget.

On arrival at 11.15am we were taken into the Gold Room and introduced to Dave and the staff who were busy preparing the tables. From that moment on it was like a well oiled machine. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Everyone commented on the lovely meal and how well the day had gone. The little ‘extra touches’ that Dave and the staff added on the day were very touching, and added to the excellent arrangements you had made, resulting in a most memorable day.

Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in making the day a day that I, my family, and friends will always treasure.

A big thank you to you and your team for making Friday night so special for us, they couldn’t have been more obliging.

I have had nothing but congratulations from everyone on a brilliant event. The food was spectacular, the service excellent and the disco (Wayne) left everyone wanting more.

Forgive my lateness i wrtiting to you, but I wanted to let you know that you helped us raise the magnificent sum of almost £5500. for my general election fund.

The 1st South Basildon and East Thurrock Conservatives Annual Dinner was a resounding success, not least because of the fantastic venue you have created, but also thanks to your excellent catering and most attentive staff. Please do pass my thanks on to everyone involved.

The fire earlier in the year must of been absolutely devastating but it is obvious that you care an extraordinary amount for Orsett Hall and the Grahame Thomas Pavilion is wonderful. I do hope that I may come along and see in due course how you are progressing with the re-building of the main house with which I wish you every success.

I understand it has been a hard and difficult year at Orsett Hall, and the fire was a terrible thing but it seems not to have affected your service and team work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help and co-operation with this years event. We raised £16,000 and in total £92000 another £108000 to go.
