• We employ over 120 people in our field and operate our own venues as well as Private Day Nurseries, so we know about routine and getting things right.

• All our staff are uniformed, vetted and checked and conduct themselves in a very professional manner.

• We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance.

• All bookings are confirmed in writing and our Party and Event Planning Team are available on the telephone/email 7 days a week.

• Full planning can be arranged including site visits and consultations if you are booking 7 or more services.

• Most of our services are owned and operated by us.  However, on the rare occasion we do not own the service, we source partners to obtain our clients the best price and ensure that a solid partnership is built with the provider prior to any event.
